Our Approved AI Tools
Students are to use their GJCS Computer login information when using our tools for added layer of data security through our Google for Education Software. These tools are approved for our middle and high school students. Elementary students will have the capabilities of using chatbots/tutors (and other tools) created and shared by their teacher.
Safe LLM (Large Language Model) for student use. This is what students should use instead of ChatGPT.
Several 'Tools' to help with specific tasks: Guided Learning, Deep Research, Create Images, and Storybook
Guided Learning: Top tutoring tool. Helps students understand any academic topic and adapts to the students learning style. Good communication is essential for the best results. i.e. "I don't understand, can you make this easier for me. Can you use charts and images?"
Creative Platform for: visual projects, videos, posters, infographics, digital stories, charts, signs, logos and much more.
AI Guidance For Parents
The Indiana Department of Education’s (IDOE’s) Office of Digital Learning is excited to release a new resource to support parents and families across the state. AI Guidance for Parents and Families provides quick videos on important topics specific to the needs of caregivers.
There are currently four videos included in this collection, and because there are many demands on parents’ time, each video is just 2-3 minutes long.
